Designing a Custom Freight Solution

A client approached Procurify with a unique challenge: they needed specialised equipment to transport 22,000kg loads from modified freight aircraft to customs clearance areas in airports across Australia, the Pacific Islands, and Asia. To address this requirement, our team developed a specification that adhered to both the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Australian Standards.

Utilising SolidWorks, we designed a solution that complied with the established specifications. As an in-house design and manufacturing provider, Procurify was in a position to manage the entire process from inception to completion. This enabled us to make adjustments as needed, update the design and specification, and ensure that the final product remained within the tolerances set by the established standards.
