Modifying Critical Infrastructure for Safety

Procurify was approached by a client whose Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team had identified a need for impact protection following an investigation into equipment damage. Despite extensive searches, the client was unable to find a suitable off-the-shelf solution, prompting them to seek a custom-made alternative.

Working closely with the client’s OHS team and leveraging their risk assessment and equipment measurements, Procurify developed a specification tailored to the unique requirements. Our team then manufactured a mould in the required shape, followed by the production of the custom impact protection solution using the specified materials and colours.

The result was a successful implementation of an OHS-compliant solution that protected the client’s equipment and met their needs. The client expressed satisfaction with the custom solution, which not only improved safety but also reduced maintenance costs and damage-related expenses.
