Following their payment, communication with the supplier became sporadic, and the agreed-upon shipping schedule was not met, causing concern for our client.

Upon receiving all relevant information from the client, our team promptly contacted the supplier and arranged a meeting. It became apparent during the meeting that there was a communication and translation issue between the two parties. Our experts stepped in to re-establish clear communication between the client and the supplier, ensuring a smooth exchange of information.

While on-site, our team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the purchased items. We took photographs and provided our client with a detailed report, including access to our translator if necessary. Once the items were ready for shipment, we returned to the supplier’s location to inspect the container loading process. We documented the packed container, captured images of the sealed container lock, and sent these to our client for their peace of mind.
